To process your request, you must provide a clear unboxing video that shows:

The sealed package before opening
The complete unboxing process
The product and its condition

Note: The unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or exchange.

1. Store Credit

✔ Receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product.

✔ The credit can be used for any future purchase on the Watch Master website.

2. Exchange

✔ Exchange the product with any other watch available on our website.

✔ If the new product costs more, you only need to pay the price difference.

✔ If the new product costs less, the remaining amount will be refunded or provided as store credit.

Store Credit is a digital balance added to your account, which can be used for future purchases on the Watch Master website.

ℹ️ What is an Exchange?

An exchange allows you to replace your purchased watch with another product. If the replacement product has a higher price, you'll pay the difference. If it has a lower price, the remaining balance will be refunded or added as store credit.
